Cancellation / Refund Policy

Adopted 1 July 2007. Revised 1/4/11. Subject to change without notice.

Any refund due under the following conditions will be processed within 7 days of receipt of written cancellation advice.

• On arrival, shortening of dates booked is NOT allowed at all
• No refund (nor transferable) for un-used days paid for, if you leave unexpectedly before your departure date.
• Peak shortening of dates booked: if less than 28 days notice given on arrival you will be charged for ALL days NOT rebooked for the dates you cancelled.
• Minimum booking periods cannot be shortened at all.
• If Booking Conditions received and not acceptable to you, and you cancel IMMEDIATELY on receipt of same, a $10 Admin Fee will still apply to each booking made & cancelled.
• Deposit is not transferable to another booking or date.

CABINS
Peak	1-28 days notice	Including non-arrival. Nor phone advice by 10am on the 2nd day. Forfeit whole deposit and booking cancelled. ie NO Refund at all.
	29+ days notice	Cancellation fee will be = $10 admin fee (remainder amount paid refundable).
Offpeak	1-14 days notice	Forfeit whole deposit and booking cancelled. ie NO Refund at all.
	15+ days notice	Cancellation fee will be = $10 admin fee (remainder amount paid refundable).
SITES
